High Quality Food Plot Screen

This food plot screen contains a blend of different varieties of forage sorghum and grain sorghum, creating a diverse and attractive habitat for wildlife. It can grow up to 8 feet tall or more in ideal conditions, providing excellent cover and forage for deer, turkey, and other game species.

Easy to Plant and Maintain

With a recommended seeding depth of just 1/2 inch and a seeding rate of 10-20 lbs per acre, this food plot screen mix is easy to plant and establish. Seeding is best done in late spring to early summer for optimal growth. Each 3 lb bag can seed approximately 1000 feet of 10-foot-wide screen, making it a cost-effective option for larger plots.

Enhance Soil Health for Best Results

For best results, it is recommended to conduct a soil test to determine the appropriate lime and fertilizer recommendations. If a soil test is not available, applying a balanced fertilizer with a ratio of 10-30-30 (N-P2O5-K2O) at planting can help provide essential nutrients for the growing plants. By taking care of the soil health, you can ensure a successful and productive food plot screen that will attract and support wildlife for years to come.
