Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Returns
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required to process any return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@halehabitat.com with your order number and reason for return and we’ll provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- If there is a return label provided with the item, or we generate one for you, you will be refunded the full amount less the cost of the return shipping.
- Please note that returns may go to different locations so please don't return items without contacting us first.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as live plants or trees), or custom products (such as special orders or personalized blends). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
