Easy Planting and Maintenance
Seeding this blend is a breeze with a recommended seeding date of late spring to early summer. Simply plant at a depth of 1 to 1-1/2 inches at a rate of 32-40 pounds per acre. Each 8-pound bag of seeds covers approximately 1/4 acre, making it easy to create a habitat that attracts wildlife.
Optimal Growth with Proper Soil Care
To ensure the best results, we recommend conducting a soil test to determine the ideal lime and fertilizer recommendations. If a soil test is not available, applying a 100-30-30 (N-P2O5-K20) fertilizer at planting can help support the growth of your planting.
