Soybean Seed - Conventional - 5 lbs bag. Soybeans are a high protein food source and are a one of the most preferred forage for deer. These are conventional soybeans so they are NOT glyphosate tolerant. This makes them ideal for mixing with other seed since you won't be spraying them.
Seeding depth: 1 - 2". Seeding Rate: 70-90 lbs/acre (broadcast), 50-70 lbs/acre (drilled). Seeding date: late spring or late summer for forage only. Size: 5 lbs net (will seed approximately 1/10 acre).
Soil test for best lime and fertilizer recommendations. If no soil test available, apply 0-30-30 (N-P2O5-K20) at planting.
